mindfulness, and somatic techniques —
meeting you exactly where you are, without judgment or pressure.
Together, we explore what’s underneath old patterns,
reconnect you with your inner resources,
and build self-trust
through evidence-based tools
and gentle nervous system regulation.
My role isn’t to “fix” you —
it’s to help you rediscover the part of you that already knows how to heal.
I combine 30 years of western medicine with
holistic mind-body tools to help midlife women
release stress, rewire old patterns,
and restore balance from the inside out.
My approach blends science + soul —
using reseached-based techniques alongside somatic, energetic, and mindset work.
Together, we create sustainable change that feels calm, not forced.
In 2020, I found myself in a pressure cooker of stressors —
Grief, guilt, anxiety ,hormones, and responsibility colliding all at once.
I was exhausted, insominic and in hyper arousel, unable to slow down, drinking wine most nights, running a half marathon weekly, nursing in the pandemic, while knowing my own Father was dying in the uk and i was stuck in Australia-
I survived on caffine adrenaline, corisol and self-pressure to keep everyone else afloat and to never ever slow down.
Shame whispered that I should know better — after all,
I was an outreach clinican supporting others, in addiction, chronic illness and mental health,
yet intrisically, I was silently falling apart.
That breaking point of my disconnection became my awakening.
It forced me to stop, listen, and learn true regulation,
rest, and renewal
not only as theory, but as lived experience.
It was the moment I began rebuilding from the inside out —
with conscious compassion, science, and soul
