Hello Lovely,
I’m Nichola — 53, Mum to teenage boys, Registered Nurse, mulip Women’s Holistic Coach, and proud Geordie who 24 years ago swapped the cold north-east of England for the sunshine of Australia after the reality of lfe from six years nuring in oncology.
For over 30 years, I’ve worked in healthcare — from hospitals to community clinican outreach — supporting people through illness, trauma, and addiction.
And I’ve lived it too: the burnout, the anxiety, the quiet coping behind “I’m fine.” mask.
Now I help women in midlife do the same — bridging science and soul to guide them from survival mode to steady, confident living
The Awakening
My own midlife unraveling — grief, anxiety, gulit, pressure, and the ache of holding it all together — became my turning point.
I hit burnout in perimenopause, right at the start of the pandemic.
It was a pressure cooker of events: caring for others through crisis while my own body whispered for rest.
That moment changed everything.
I began studying nervous system regulation, emotional health, menopause yoga, and subconscious reprogramming — discovering what truly creates calm, clarity, and vitality from the inside out.
I became deeply curious about why I felt so emotional, so out of control —
and I threw myself into learning.
I studied a an abome certified practitione in many modalitites in cluding-
Dip in Mental Health, Coaching, Yoga, Addiction, Trauma-Informed Practice, Emotional Regulation, Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, Meditation, and Menopause Education — to name a few.
That hunger to understand became the blueprint for how I now help others.
Because when you understand how the mind, body, and emotions intertwine,
you stop fighting yourself — and healing finally begins.

Most mornings, you’ll find me either practicing yoga or running along the beach at sunrise — my daily reset — before diving into the juggle of an outreach clinican, coaching, and raising two teenage boys.
